Tonight i have the pleasure to re-train all the volunteers in children’s Ministy. I say pleasure, because it truly is that. I have such a wonderful group of men and women volunteers who support me, who encourage the kids, and most importantly love Jesus. Children’s Ministry can not sustain itself without these volunteers.

So tonight I meet with them, I have so much that I want to say that I don’t really know where to start. Do you begin with thanksgiving? Do you begin with Vision? Do you begin with conversation? Begin with prayer? I think choosing what goes first is often the most difficult part. It’s like writing a thesis. Once you get that down, everything else flows. So where do I start. I have 4 hours to figure it out…. Maybe I should begin with…”God where do you want me to start?” I think I’ll begin there
